b. The grant requires a commitment to educate others through lecture, program or other activities upon returning to your home or school community. You must be willing and able to do this so others will have the opportunity to learn about and to be inspired to do similar work. Describe how you will do this.

volunteer experience, how and why you became interested in this project/activity.
A resume detailing positions held, responsibilities, dates of activities,
special skills is desireable.
Letters of Recommendation
Two
letters of recommendation must be sent to the above address and must include
in what capacity and for how long the recommender has known the applicant,
plus his/her full address, phone number, and e-mail address. At least
one letter should be from a teacher, employer, or someone who has supervised
your work.
A
letter of invitation/acceptance from the program with which you will be
working must be included with the application or sent to the above address,
including a statement of dates of service and your expected responsibilities.
Note: Applications are
considered for funding throughout the year. There is no deadline.
However, it is suggested they be sent as early as possible; in past years we
have run out of funds by late June. Our fiscal year starts in September
and ends in August.
